Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of office spaces, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to ensure a spotless environment.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste responsibly while maintaining recycling protocols where applicable.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas requiring additional attention or maintenance issues needing escalation.
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and maintain a safe workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, standing, and walking throughout shifts.
