Reception Duties:
- Greeting and assist visitors, students, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and respond to email inquiries.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in the preparation of training schedules, materials, and reports.
- Maintain and update databases, records, filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies
- Manage the office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Any other assigned duties by the director.
Scheduling and Coordination:
- Schedule appointments, meetings, training sessions, and state licensing exams.
- Coordinate with trainers and staff to ensure timely setup of classrooms and resources.
Customer Service:
- Handle inquiries about training programs and assist in enrollment processes.
- Follow up with participants for feedback and documentation requirements.
Social Media & Marketing Support
- Create and schedule engaging posts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Promote upcoming training programs, events, and success stories.
- Monitor online engagement and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner.
- Assist in creating basic graphics or promotional materials using templates or tools like Canva.
- Collaborate with management to develop digital marketing campaigns that align with our brand and goals.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with educational or training environments is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM or training management software.
- Basic knowledge of computers, accounting or bookkeeping.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
