What You’ll Do
- Install and take down Christmas lights on homes and businesses
- Safely use ladders, harnesses, and fall protection while working on roofs and outdoors
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and bring holiday cheer to every interaction
- Work as part of a close-knit crew, following daily schedules set by Sparkle Squad
- Ensure every installation looks professional, magical, and ready to wow
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and in outdoor conditions
- Roofing, construction, or ladder experience a big plus, but not required — we’ll train the right enthusiastic and capable person
- A people-person with strong communication skills — you enjoy making customers smile
- Must have reliable transportation to get to our daily meeting point in Castle Rock (company trucks provided for job sites)
- Positive attitude and team spirit — Christmas cheer is not optional!
- Safety-first mindset with willingness to follow OSHA rules
