Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and execute job duties to ensure optimal operational and customer experiences. Responsibilities
- Perform window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties, including interior and exterior windows, tracks, screens, and frames.
- Use company-provided equipment and cleaning solutions safely and efficiently.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship, adhering to company standards for cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Follow a daily schedule as assigned by the Lead Technician or Manager.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service by being professional, courteous, and respectful on-site.
- Identify and report any property damage or maintenance issues to the Lead Technician or Manager.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections thoroughly in logs and reports.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate complex repairs and share technical knowledge.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all maintenance tasks to maintain a secure work environment.
- Assist in training new team members on equipment operation, safety procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical maintenance, repair, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems relevant to the role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward troubleshooting.
- Effective communication skills to clearly report issues and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
