Sparkle & Shine Cleaning Services is hiring a reliable Working Site Supervisor to lead accounts in Newburgh and Boonville, Mon-Fri EVENINGS only. Candidate must work extra hours as requested. This is a hands-on role — you will be cleaning and ensuring buildings are completed every night.
Requirements:
- Must pass 15 year background check and drug test
- Prior cleaning experience REQUIRED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation REQUIRED
- Must be dependable and able to work independently
- Able to work additional hours as needed
Schedule
- 20–30 hours per week (Newburgh site ~20 hours)
- Monday–Friday evenings starting 5:30 PM
- Must be flexible for extra hours (call-offs, PTO, occasional weekends)
What You’ll Do
- Perform nightly cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, restrooms, trash, etc.)
- Fill in at multiple locations when employees are out
- Manage call-offs and ensure all buildings are covered
- Inspect buildings and ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate with team members
- Complete specialty work (carpet cleaning, floor care, windows)

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
