Sparkle & Shine Cleaning Services is seeking an experienced, motivated Business Development Manager to secure new commercial cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and government contracts.
This is a commission-only hybrid position, offering full flexibility, remote outreach, and in-person walkthroughs when needed, with no income cap.
⭐ What You Will Do
- Prospect and secure business-to-business (B2B) commercial cleaning contracts
- Reach out to potential clients through:
- Phone calls
- Email outreach
- Networking
- Walk-ins when needed
- Meet clients in person for walkthroughs and estimates
- Target business clients such as:
- Commercial offices
- Medical buildings
- Retail stores
- Schools & daycares
- Warehouses
- Property management companies
- Construction companies (post-construction cleaning)
- Government agencies (SAM.gov, city, county, state, federal)
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers
- Prepare and present proposals
- Follow up consistently to close contracts
- Track leads and progress using CRM tools
⭐ What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, in person)
- Experience with cold calling and outreach
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Ability to generate leads independently
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with commission-only compensation
- Ability to close 5–10 contracts per month
- Experience in commercial cleaning, construction, facilities, or property management is a plus
⭐ Compensation (Commission Only)
You earn 20% of the FIRST month’s contract value (one-time payout).
Examples:
- $10,000 contract → $2,000 commission
- $15,000 contract → $3,000 commission
- $20,000 contract → $4,000 commission
- $30,000 contract → $6,000 commission
⭐ Bonuses (On Top of Commission)
- $1,000 bonus for any government contract
- $3,000 bonus for any contract $30,000/month or higher
