What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal RV Detailer position at Sparkle RV Detailing?
Pay: $18/hr tips
Employment type: Seasonal part-time (or full-time for strong performers)
What you’ll do
- Set up at each job: hoses, pressure washers, ladders/scaffolding, vacuums, buffers, towels, chemicals
- Wash, wax, and detail RV exteriors and interiors
- Follow written standard operating procedures and safety procedures
- Communicate professionally with customers and team; take notes/photos as needed
Minimum requirements
- Must have a vehicle to drive to job sites
- Available to work Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at minimum
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable attendance and punctuality; professional attitude
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical work for extended periods
- Ability to lift/move equipment up to 30 lbs
- Ability to bend, kneel, and stand/walk for long periods
- Comfortable using ladders/scaffolding and working at heights on RV roofs (training and safety gear provided)
- Basic smartphone skills (texts, photos, job notes, scheduling updates)
Nice to have Experience (not required)
- Detailing, pressure washing, car wash, RV/boat wash, landscaping, construction, or any hands-on trade experience
- Buffer/polisher experience
- Customer service experience
Work style
Team-based: you’ll work with a lead technician. We move fast, protect customer property, and keep a clean work area. If you’re the kind of person who takes pride in “before and after,” you’ll fit in.
