What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Cleaner position at Sparkle Peak Cleaning?
We are a cleaning company that are looking for professional house cleaners for our expansion into Denver (subcontractors welcome!) to work with for residential house cleaning (occupied residential and move in/out cleanings).
We are locally owned, and insured. We are looking for subcontractors primarily at this moment and will be paying 50% of each job directly to you! Great pay and easy hours.
ABOUT THE JOB:
-Average earning per cleaner is $24-30 /hr w/ 100% tips going to you (this depends on performance)
-Keep 100% of your tips
-Be matched with more clients
-Work independently as a contractor initially

REQUIREMENTS (must have)
-Prior paid house cleaning experience (residential house cleaning)
-Daily access to the internet, a mobile phone and a car
-Your own cleaning supplies and equipment (vacuum, mops, cleaning chemicals and knowledge of how to use them)
-Able to speak and read English
-Authorized to work in the US and must pass a background check
-Have a cleaning partner that you work with for larger properties (optional)
