Commercial Janitorial Cleaner
Sparklene is a growing commercial janitorial and facility services company serving businesses throughout the Greater Seattle and Puget Sound area. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team and help us provide consistently high-quality service to our commercial clients.
This is an in-person position working at various client locations. We are looking for people who take pride in their work, are reliable, communicate well, and can work independently while following our cleaning standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform routine commercial janitorial cleaning at offices and other commercial facilities
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Clean and disinfect restrooms
- Clean break rooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Empty trash and recycling and replace liners
- Wipe down and disinfect high-touch surfaces
- Dust furniture, fixtures, windowsills, and other surfaces
- Clean interior glass and mirrors as needed
- Restock paper products, soap, and other supplies
- Follow individual cleaning checklists and instructions for each client location
- Secure client facilities properly when entering and leaving
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while working at client properties
What we’re looking for:
- Dependable and punctual — reliability is extremely important
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow written cleaning instructions and checklists
- Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting cleaning supplies and equipment
- Commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider dependable candidates with the right attitude and work ethic
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to different client locations throughout the Greater Seattle area
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour
Job Type: Part-time / Full-time
Schedule: Commercial janitorial work may include evening and/or weekend shifts depending on client needs.
Location: Seattle, WA and surrounding Greater Seattle/Puget Sound areas.
