Position Overview

As a Residential Cleaning Technician, you’ll provide routine and deep‑cleaning services in client homes following Sparkle Express standards and training guidelines. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, likes moving throughout their day, and thrives in a supportive, professional environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and other detailed cleaning duties
• Follow step‑by‑step work instructions provided in each job ticket
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and respectful demeanor with clients and teammates
• Uphold Sparkle Express quality standards and complete tasks with care and consistency
• Communicate any concerns, supply needs, or schedule updates to leadership promptly
• Protect client privacy and maintain trust at all times

Job Requirements

• No prior cleaning experience required; paid on‑the‑job training provided
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable being on your feet for 2–3 hours at a time
• Ability to kneel, bend, and occasionally work on hands and knees
• Must pass a criminal background check (completed after interview and prior to start date)
• Valid driver’s license or government‑issued photo ID
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Professional, personable behavior during all working hours
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to training guidelines

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
