Pay & Perks
- $55,000–$65,000 annually.
- Monthly performance bonuses.
- Commission on personally sold memberships.
- $1,500 sign-on bonus (with qualifying experience in retail, restaurant, or car wash operations).

What You’ll Do
- Lead all site operations, including labor management, sales performance, and team leadership
- Drive membership conversions and build a strong sales culture
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team
- Maintain top-tier standards in cleanliness, safety, and customer service
- Conduct interviews and participate in district meetings
- Take full responsibility for site opening/closing
