We’re urgently hiring a motivated, hands-on Site Manager for our Matteson location, who will lead a dynamic team, deliver great results, and earn rewards that recognize your success.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $20–$25/hour (or $50,000–$61,750 annually)
- $1,500 sign-on bonus (with car wash experience) or $1,000 ((with retail management experience) after 90 days
- $12,000 annual bonus potential unlimited sales commissions
- 45-hour work week
- Medical benefits after 90 days
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage all site operations: labor, sales, team development, and cash control
- Recruit, train, and lead a motivated team that delivers an exceptional customer experience
- Drive sales goals, memberships, and operational KPIs
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with Sparkle standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and participate in district operations meetings
- Maintain full accountability for opening and closing duties
