What you'll be responsible for:
- Leading daily operations — efficiency, safety, and guest satisfaction on every shift.
- Closing the site with consistency and attention to detail.
- Mentoring and motivating your team to perform at their very best.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and operational standards Sparkle is known for. Supporting inventory, training new team members, and keeping things running like clockwork.
