Sparkle Car Wash is seeking a hands-on, efficient, and people-focused Assistant Store Manager to support our busy Morton location. The ideal candidate is a high-energy go-getter with strong multitasking abilities, excellent daily organization, and a proven sales background. This role plays a key part in supporting the GM, executing sales plans, and providing direct team coaching and development on the floor.

Responsibilities:
- Support the GM in all daily operations.
- Serve as second-in-command and run the site when the GM is off-site.
- Execute daily sales plans and drive KPIs through coaching and leadership.
- Provide hands-on team development, including feedback, training, and skill-building.
- Foster a positive, productive, people-first work environment.
- Maintain Sparkle standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer experience.
- Assist with deposits, banking duties, and opening/closing procedures.
- Ensure strong organization, multitasking, and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain consistency and alignment across all shift.
Requirements:
- Proven sales background, especially in a sales leader role (e.g., top performer, shift lead).
- Ability to drive daily KPIs and support the GM’s sales strategy.
- Direct experience in team coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly motivated, self-starting, and solution-oriented.
- Ability to support a unified team culture and hold staff accountable.
- Reliable, organized, and confident taking ownership when leading the site.
