- Assist the Site Manager with all operational responsibilities.
- Oversee shifts, direct team members, and keep communication clear and steady.
- Coach and train employees to deliver excellent service and uphold the Sparkle brand.
- Complete opening/closing routines, deposits, and daily checklists.
- Support a customer-focused, sales-driven culture that strengthens membership results.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient site environment.
