Key Responsibilities
- Act as second-in-command to the Site Manager and run the site in their absence
- Support training, onboarding, and coaching of team members
- Handle opening, closing, and daily deposits with attention to detail
- Maintain operational consistency and performance across shifts
Compensation & Benefits
- $18.00–$19.00/hour
- Commission on club plans (for all employees, including management)
