Job Summary
Seeking a reliable, positive, experienced cleaning professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving to and from various locations to perform various types of cleaning. Good personal hygiene, a cell phone, reliable transportation and a valid drivers license are a must for this position. This role requires a strong work ethic, customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
- Move and lift smaller pieces of furniture and kitchen appliances (oven & fridge) in order to efficiently clean around and under.
- Dust and wipe surfaces, including furniture and fixtures.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request restocking as needed.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service for effective interaction with team members and clients.
