Join Our Team as a Pool Service Technician. Splash & Sparkle Pool Care is a growing, family-owned pool service company serving Manatee County. We're looking for a dependable, motivated individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors. We provide paid training, a supportive team environment, and opportunities to grow as our company continues to expand. This position is also a great fit for retirees, veterans, or anyone looking to stay active while earning extra income. Hours will increase as we continue to grow.
Responsibilities
- Manage your assigned daily pool route by traveling to scheduled customer locations and completing each service efficiently and professionally.
- Perform routine pool maintenance, including testing and balancing water chemistry, adding chemicals, skimming debris, emptying skimmer and pump baskets, brushing pool surfaces, and vacuuming as needed.
- Inspect and maintain pool equipment by checking for leaks or other issues and cleaning filters and salt cells as needed.
- Document each service visit using our service app with photos, notes, and water test results.
- Communicate professionally with customers and the office regarding equipment concerns or any issues that require follow-up.
Skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Able to work independently and manage a daily route
- Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather
- Able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
- Good attention to detail
- Must be over 21 with clean driving record
- Friendly and professional with customers
- Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps
- Willing to learn—we provide paid training
