What are the responsibilities and job description for the Window Washer position at Sparkall Cleaners?
We clean windows! That’s what we do and we do it well. We are looking for people who enjoy making windows sparkle and customers happy, but NO experience in washing windows is needed. We want you to enjoy showing up every day so leave your baggage at home! We pride ourselves on a strong culture of hustle and excellence.
Just a heads up…. You will be carrying a ladder and climbing it, so you can not be afraid of hights. You might even get a bit sore the first week if you haven’t been active. Don’t worry, the exercise is good for you.
While we appreciate everyone’s right to self-expression, we go into high end homes and we need to present ourselves with professionalism so not sure facial tats and piercings are a good fit.
Just think if you could work at Chick-fil-a or H-E-B this might be a good fit for you, those places are similar to the culture of our team.
It's an easy job but you will need 8-10 hours of constant energy, anyone can apply but it's a perfect fit if you have just graduated high school or college. This is a job where you get paid commission so therefore the harder and faster you work the more money you make.
Finally, if your mom has to wake you up every morning and you can barely be on time, we’d suggest a night shift career.
