Front Desk (Patient Care) Supervisor – Oviedo, FL

We are seeking a Front Desk (Patient Care) Supervisor to lead our Oviedo location. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position, has strong organizational and people skills, and is passionate about ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and patient-centered front office environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the front desk and patient care team.
• Oversee scheduling, intake, check-in/out, and patient flow to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
• Train, support, and evaluate front desk staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Coordinate with the Billing, Clinical, and Care Coordination departments to streamline processes.
• Handle escalated patient concerns with professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Monitor compliance with practice policies, including HIPAA and confidentiality.
• Manage schedules, coverage, and time-off requests for front desk staff.
• Report directly to the Administrative Department leadership and collaborate with supervisors across Spark Wellness Group.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience (preferably in a medical or mental health office setting).
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of patient scheduling systems, insurance basics, and healthcare front office operations.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with compassion and professionalism.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
