Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for the PlainID platform and related services.
Implement and automate deployment processes using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
Support and troubleshoot PlainID service deployments across multiple environments (DEV, STG, PROD).
Collaborate with Security, API, and Application teams to ensure consistent policy configuration and rollout.
Monitor application performance and infrastructure health using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
Manage container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) for microservices running PlainID-related components.
Integrate with authentication and policy engines (OPA, Okta) to ensure robust access control.
Ensure proper logging, alerting, and audit trail configurations are in place for compliance and security.
Participate in incident response and root cause analysis (RCA) for DevOps-related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
7 years of hands-on DevOps experience in enterprise-scale environments.
Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar).
Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized deployments.
Solid understanding of Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible).
Good knowledge of Linux system administration, shell scripting, and version control (Git).
Familiarity with PlainID or equivalent Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC) frameworks (OPA, Styra DAS).
Understanding of API gateways, reverse proxies, and secrets management tools (e.g., Vault, AWS Secrets Manager).
Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Nice To Have
Experience with PlainID Policy Manager configuration or authorization rules.
Exposure to microservices-based architecture and security-first deployment pipelines.
Familiarity with RBAC/PBAC policy deployment automation and REST API integration.
Prior experience supporting identity and access management (IAM) systems.
