Compensation: $85-105K 10% Variable
About the Role
Spark Membership is hiring a Senior Demand Generation Specialist to support the execution and optimization of our demand generation engine. This is a highly hands‑on role for someone who enjoys working directly in paid media platforms, optimizing performance day‑to‑day, and driving measurable results.
This role is execution‑focused and sits within an established marketing team. The Specialist will primarily support paid acquisition efforts while contributing to select organic and content initiatives in partnership with the broader team. The emphasis is on strong execution, testing, and performance discipline rather than full strategic ownership.
You will work closely with creative, lifecycle, analytics, sales, and product marketing to help translate business goals into qualified pipeline.
What You Will Do
Paid Media Execution (Primary Focus)
- Execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google (Search, PMax, YouTube) and paid social platforms including Meta, with exposure to TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, and retargeting
- Launch, manage, and refine campaigns on an ongoing basis, including keyword management, audience targeting, creative testing, bid adjustments, and budget pacing
- Support quarterly campaign planning tied to demand targets such as lead volume, CPL, and pipeline contribution
- Execute structured testing across creative, audiences, and formats, documenting learnings and recommended optimizations
- Manage retargeting and audience execution across the funnel in coordination with marketing leadership
Content and Organic Support (Secondary)
- Contribute to execution‑level support for organic and content initiatives led by the Director of Marketing
- Assist with distribution of campaigns and thought leadership across web, LinkedIn, and lifecycle channels
- Partner with the team to ensure paid learnings inform broader messaging and channel performance
- (This role does not own SEO or AEO strategy.)
Measurement and Reporting
- Track and report on campaign performance across paid channels on a weekly and monthly basis
- Monitor results against core demand metrics including CPL, CAC, and conversion rates
- Partner with analytics to ensure accurate tracking and campaign attribution
- Share clear insights and recommendations focused on performance improvement
What You Bring
Required
- 5 years of hands‑on demand generation or performance marketing experience
- Strong execution experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience owning campaigns end to end with an execution mindset
- Comfort managing budgets and optimizing toward efficiency and performance goals
- Familiarity with core demand metrics such as CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and ROAS
- Experience working with GA4 and campaign reporting dashboards
- Clear written communication and ability to summarize results concisely
Preferred
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or membership‑based businesses
- Exposure to supporting content or organic initiatives as part of a broader marketing team
- Experience working in a growth‑stage environment
