We are hiring a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our Ohio team. This role involves engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, following up on customer orders, updating existing orders and completing confirmation calls. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication ability, retail experience, and a passion for helping customers find what they need while ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Customer Service Representative Duties :
- Follow up on customer orders to ensure accuracy
- Operate POS systems efficiently for checkout and returns
- Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls
- Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards, including stocking shelves and organizing displays
- Handle cash transactions accurately and perform cashiering duties
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandising
- Ensure excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries
- Supervise and mentor new team members as needed during shifts
- Support the store’s overall customer service goals by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly
Customer Service Representative Requirements
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems ongoing customer support
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Experience with product demos, upselling, and merchandising techniques
- Basic math skills for retail math calculations and cash handling accuracy
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Supervising experience is desirable but not mandatory; leadership qualities are a plus

- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
