As a Brandmotion Business Development Manager – RV Market , you will have the opportunity to join a rapidly growing team and play a key role from day 1. This role will be responsible for driving growth with new and existing accounts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Selling through distribution channels in both the RV and Commercial market segments, you will be the lead liaison between the distributor and Brandmotion internal teams. You will be interacting with customers on a daily basis, monitoring sell-through reports, devising sales strategies to foster account growth, interacting with customer facing dealers, and fostering new relationships. The ideal person for this role is one who thrives in a detailed program management and strategic relationship type role, while selling directly to the ultimate purchaser or indirectly through channel partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive growth with new and existing strategic accounts to meet short-term and long-term sales targets
- Run one-on-one customer meetings to provide business solutions from our extensive product catalog
- Lead contact for order and product issues and act as liaison between the customer and internal teams
- Manage client input and feedback for all projects with detailed direction and timelines
- Maintain product information (load sheets, pricing, etc.) Respond to inbound customer inquiries within 24 hours
- Develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and competitive landscape
- Proactively remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access new search opportunities and ensure all viable clients are engaged on a regular and effective basis
- Apply knowledge of business climate, market dynamics and trends as well as market potential to develop/implement account plans that get results
- Engage regularly with existing customers to build rapport and identify further opportunities
- Monitor and analyze customer inventory, purchase behaviors to develop forecast reports
- Visit clients, attend trade shows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities
- Log all call information in CRM
TRAVEL
- Willingness to travel with occasional overnight travel as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma
- Must be self-motivated, goal-driven, and result-oriented to be successful
- Proven ability to achieve goals on consistent basis
- experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART
- 1-3 years of account management experience selling through RV distribution channels
- Prior experience in similar industry
- Experience interacting with C-Level executives
