Spark Home Care is looking for an experienced Home Care Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced role for someone who enjoys solving staffing challenges, building strong caregiver relationships, and making sure our clients receive dependable care.

Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate CHHA/caregiver assignments
- Match caregivers with clients based on availability, personality, skills, and location
- Fill open shifts quickly while maintaining continuity of care
- Handle call-outs and last-minute schedule changes
- Communicate with caregivers, clients, and office staff throughout the day
- Monitor missed clock-ins/clock-outs and resolve EVV issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and scheduling records
- Help ensure clients remain fully staffed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of home care scheduling/coordinator experience required
- Experience working with managed care insurance preferred
- HHA Exchange experience is a strong plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and HHA eXchange)
