Overview

This executive-level role is the US account lead on a large global account. The successful candidate will oversee the business and specifically the US planning function, ensuring that all business plans are delivered on time, accurately, and with the correct data inputs and deliverables. This role requires a high-caliber media practitioner with strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data in the creation of media plans. Additionally, they will provide mentorship and cloud cover for junior team members and engage directly with clients who are particularly dominant.

Reporting To: Global Client Lead (GCL)

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Execution:

  • Work with the strategic and operations leads. Oversee to drive exceptional strategic product and flawless execution specifically guide the planning team to deliver accurate, timely, and data-driven media plans working closely with clients in media and marketing.
  • Serve as a senior advisor and cloud cover for junior staff, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Client & Relationship Management

  • Engage directly with clients, articulating strategies with data and clear metrics.
  • Build and nurture relationships across both media and marketing functions at to elevate the partnership.

Product & Revenue Growth

  • Drive additional revenue by identifying opportunities to introduce new products and capabilities into the account.

Analytical & Strategic Oversight

  • Utilize a strong analytical background to develop objective media plans and performance strategies.
  • Integrate insights from both performance and offline media to inform planning and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum of 15 years in media planning or related roles at a senior level.
  • Proven track record of working with data-driven media strategies and analytics.

Skills

  • Exceptional analytical ability with a clear, objective approach to media planning.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the capacity to mentor junior staff.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas with clarity and precision.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Compensation Range: $241,000 - $325,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
