JOB SUMMARY
The Director of Marketing will spearhead the marketing initiatives for our family of companies, focusing on enhancing brand visibility and consistency, driving customer engagement, and supporting revenue growth across diverse business units. The Director of Marketing will also work cohesively with current established in-house marketing personnel to create synergies within all brands. This role will lead the marketing development and operation of any new additional brands to the family of companies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns, building teams, and collaborating across departments.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the goals of the family of companies, addressing both short-term and long-term objectives. Develop programs for different business units, with potentially different objectives and implement and manage simultaneously
  • Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency and resonance with target audiences
  • Digital Marketing Leadership: Drive digital marketing initiatives, including content marketing, social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising, to enhance online presence and customer engagement
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform marketing strategies. Target audiences and goals could be within different industries within the family of companies
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a dynamic marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies
  • Budget Oversight: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment (ROI)
  • Performance Measurement: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making adjustments as needed
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to support various marketing efforts
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present marketing strategies and performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 7 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies and tools, with a focus on analytics and performance metrics
  • Proven experience in brand management and market positioning across multiple sectors
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively while managing multiple projects and deadlines. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize competing agendas from the various business units.
ABILITIES REQUIRED
  • Possess the following competencies: adaptability/flexibility, communications
  • decision making/judgment, interpersonal skills, personal organization, problem solving/analysis
  • Ability to work under pressure and make informed decision
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Ability to meet highest attendance requirements
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Ability to use personal computer, calculator, etc.
  • Could involve some lifting up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time without much movement
  • Ability to work in time-sensitive environment with non-flexible deadlines
  • All candidates must have the ability to speak, read and write English
