Your Role:
You will be the face of our brand, greeting customers with a smile and providing prompt service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising customers on purchases and letting them know about our amazing deals and free amenities.
- Identifying opportunities to improve our customer service and sharing your ideas with the team.
- Controlling traffic flow and pedestrian safety, ensuring correct vehicle processing is followed.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy car wash, grounds, and restrooms.
- Inspecting vehicles at the tunnel entry, checking for safe entry and removing excess dirt and debris.
- Helping to maintain clean equipment and tools, reporting any repair issues to the General Manager.
Requirements:

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
