We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using multi-line phone systems
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests over the phone or in person
- Support night audit procedures as needed to ensure financial accuracy and reporting
- Foster positive guest relations by delivering personalized service and addressing concerns proactively
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a welcoming demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, including bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred
- Experience in hospitality management or hotel management is advantageous
