Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests arriving during overnight hours with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and account settlements with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, reservations, and billing to ensure all data is correct and up-to-date.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, controlling access points, and conducting routine safety checks of the property.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers between shifts.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly and effectively.
- Uphold high standards of guest services by demonstrating hospitality management skills and fostering guest satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to handle guest relations professionally and courteously.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, and hotel management software is desirable.
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including phone etiquette and guest services protocols.
