- Handle laundry materials with care, including sorting, loading, unloading, and folding textiles according to established procedures.
- Use push carts and other materials handling tools safely to transport laundry loads throughout the facility.
- Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning work areas regularly and following safety protocols during all laundry processes.
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks involving bulky laundry items or equipment while adhering to manual handling safety standards.
- Monitor laundry cycles for quality control, ensuring textiles are cleaned thoroughly without damage.
- Support guest service by providing clean linens promptly and responding efficiently to laundry requests from staff or guests when needed.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hotel or textile laundry services is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
