Breakfast Attendant

Spark by Hilton Guilford is looking for a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Weekend Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As the Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and serving our complimentary breakfast while creating a welcoming experience for our guests.

Job Information:

• Weekly hours: 16
• 7 AM - 3 PM (Saturday and Sunday Weekly)
• Seasonal Position: May 15th - October 31st
• Holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area before service begins.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked breakfast buffet throughout service.
• Replenish food, beverages, utensils, and supplies as needed.
• Keep the dining area clean by wiping tables, sweeping, and maintaining overall appearance.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Properly store food and clean equipment after breakfast service.
• Provide friendly and professional guest service.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
