Night Auditor/Front Desk Clerk

### Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay. ### Duties:

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon arrival
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist guests with luggage storage, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest accounts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

### Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and reservation software
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Multilingual skills are a plus
