What You’ll Do

• Work directly with business owners, HR leaders, and employees to provide customized benefit solutions
• Build strong relationships through face-to-face interactions
• Educate clients on benefit options with clarity and professionalism
• Represent Spark Business Group as a trusted resource in your territory
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
• Support and mentor new team members as you advance into leadership
