Our company is dedicated to helping underserved communities access free wireless services, ensuring that eligible customers stay connected with the resources they need. Your Role as an Account Management Trainee:
- Execute promotional sales campaigns directly to customers in order to build our customer base
- Collaborate with the sales and Entry Level Assistant Manager teams to create effective campaigns that promote our wireless services and make a difference in the community
- Analyze customer interactions and take note of any market trends to stay ahead of the competition on any changes that could affect our business strategies
- Thoroughly explain the pricing, promotions, and sales process
- Work with other Entry Level Assistant Managers to develop leadership skills and help train new team members
- Engage with the community directly to develop a deeper understanding of the customers wants, issues, and needs
