Overview
The hospitality manager reports directly to the General Manager; interfaces with guests, team members and other management staff. The position is primarily responsible for overseeing department staff as well as acting as manager on duty.
Duties
- Interview, hire, lead and develop food and beverage team members
- Schedule team members to ensure correct staffing for service and profitability
- Order products to ensure merchandise areas and supplies are stocked
- Follow progressive discipline steps with team members as needed
- Complete routine performance appraisals
- Review and react to all financial reports and tools
- Act as manager on duty
- Proactively interact with guests every shift
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Good communication skills with an outgoing personality
- Able to walk/stand for entire shift
- Current TABC & TX food handler certificates
- Intermediate level user of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Outstanding math and organizational skills
- Excellent Point of Sale (POS) skills
- Two years of supervisory experience in F & B.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
