What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Supervisor position at Spare Time Entertainment?
What You’ll Do
• Lead and support the front desk team during busy shifts
• Set the vibe for great service and positive energy
• Keep the front-of-house organized and guest-ready
• Oversee lanes, arcade, and attractions throughout the day
• Train and coach team members
• Step in and handle guest concerns confidently
• Help with scheduling and event coverage
• Run POS transactions accurately
• Open and close the building
• Keep safety top of mind and respond to issues quickly
What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of guest service experience
• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience required
• Hospitality or food and beverage experience is a big plus
• Strong communicator who isn’t afraid to take charge
• Comfortable giving direction and holding people accountable
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays
• Someone who can stay calm when it gets busy
Physical Requirements
• Able to stand and walk for most of your shift
• Able to move quickly around the facility
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Comfortable working in a lively space with music, lights, and steady noise
• Able to stay focused and responsive in an active environment
