SPARC Health is a growing pediatric therapy practice serving children and families across the Eastside. We provide occupational therapy and speech therapy in a clinic-based setting and are committed to building a supportive, transparent, and sustainable workplace for clinicians.
As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. This role is best suited for an OT with experience working with autistic children and pediatric clients, and who values clinical quality, collaboration, and a consistent outpatient schedule.
This is a full-time position with flexibility to work a 4 or 5 day work week. The role is structured around a 75% productivity expectation, with the remaining time allocated for documentation, care coordination, preparation, and other clinical responsibilities.
Position Overview
This is a salaried W-2 position in an outpatient pediatric clinic setting. Salary will be based on experience, schedule, and overall role structure. The position includes paid onboarding, training, documentation time, and team collaboration.
Job Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric clients in an outpatient clinic setting
Support children with autism, sensory processing differences, developmental delays, fine motor needs, self-regulation challenges, and related pediatric concerns
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team
Complete documentation in a timely and professional manner
Participate in onboarding, training, and periodic team meetings
Contribute to a positive, professional, and family-centered clinic environment

Qualifications
Licensed Occupational Therapist in Washington State, or in the process of obtaining licensure
Experience working with autistic children required
Pediatric experience required
