Technology Project Manager Cloud & Disaster Recovery
- Lead the planning, execution, and governance of enterprise web application and cloud initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of scalable, secure, and highly available solutions on AWS.
- Drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies, including Recovery Time Objectives (RTO), Recovery Point Objectives (RPO), resilience planning, and business continuity alignment.
- Manage end-to-end DR testing exercises, including scope definition, stakeholder coordination, runbook preparation, logistics planning, execution oversight, issue remediation, and executive reporting of results and recommendations.
- Partner with application development, infrastructure, cloud engineering, security, and business teams to ensure deployment readiness, environment stability, operational resilience, and compliance with organisational standards.
- Oversee application release and deployment management across multiple environments, leveraging modern DevOps practices, automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS cloud services to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, operational, and project risks while providing leadership, governance reporting, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful outcomes across cloud, web application, and DR initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10 years of IT experience with 5 years in Tech Project Management roles.
- Should be able to work from the office at Berwin/Malvern, PA - 3 days a week with a start time of 8 am EST.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity programs.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
