Job Description:
Access Control Policy Creation: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive access control policies to ensure secure and efficient access to resources.
Role Modelling: Design and manage role-based access control (RBAC) models, ensuring appropriate access levels are assigned based on user roles and responsibilities.
REGO Coding: Utilize REGO coding to create and manage policies within policy engines, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
Project Delivery: Lead and execute projects related to authentication as a service (Auth as a Service) and policy engine implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business units, to understand requirements and deliver tailored IAM solutions.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of IAM processes, policies, and configurations to support ongoing management and audits.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in identity and access management, with a focus on access control policy creation and role modelling.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in REGO coding and experience with policy engines.
Project Management: Proven track record of delivering IAM projects, particularly those related to Auth as a Service and policy engine implementation.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing IAM challenges.
