What You'll Earn
- $25.00/hour
- Promotion to Senior Lead upon certification
- Full-time benefits package

- Mileage reimbursement
- Paid travel expenses, including approved tolls
- Consistent full-time work
- Overnight Shift
- Monday–Friday
- 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Lead and coach overnight remodel crews
- Install and reconfigure steel pallet racking and shelving systems
- Remove and replace damaged fixtures and displays
- Install store fixtures and signage
- Read blueprints and layouts
- Maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards
- Complete project reporting and communicate daily progress
- Perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and operating power equipment
- Previous construction, retail remodel, fixture installation, or carpentry experience
- Prior leadership or crew lead experience
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the year
- Comfortable working overnight shifts
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights up to 20 feet
- Ability to read blueprints, store layouts, or schematics
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
- Steel-toe boots and basic hand tools
