- Work overnight shifts on retail remodeling and project assignments
- Assemble, install, and move shelving, fixtures, displays, and store equipment
- Assist with store resets, merchandise relocation, and project completion
- Follow project plans, layouts, and supervisor instructions
- Update signage and maintain organized work areas
- Load, unload, and transport materials as needed
- Perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
- Ability to stand and work for a minimum 8-hour shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Previous general labor, construction, warehouse, remodeling, installation, or retail project experience preferred
- Ability and willingness to work overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Personal cell phone and valid email address required
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Steel-toed footwear required on job sites
