Delivery Driver / Furniture Assembler
We are seeking a reliable, skilled Delivery Driver/Furniture Assembler to join our team. This role involves picking up a delivery truck at a designated location, retrieving furniture from a national supplier, delivering items to customer homes or businesses, and performing on-site assembly. Starting Pay: $25/hour
Referral Bonus: Earn a $100 bonus if you refer a qualified teammate who is hired and completes initial employment requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and operate a delivery truck safely and responsibly (must be able to drive an 18-foot box truck)
- Travel to a national furniture supplier to collect daily orders
- Deliver furniture to residential and commercial customer locations
- Assemble furniture on-site efficiently and correctly
- Carry and transport items, including upstairs, as needed
- Remove all packaging and debris and dispose of it at designated locations
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and team members
- Use a smartphone for job tracking and enable location services during working hours
- Perform additional furniture assembly or store service work as assigned
- Ability to lift and carry at least 75 pounds regularly
- Must have own tools required for furniture assembly
- Proven experience in furniture assembly
- Clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work a full-time schedule
- Comfortable with physical labor, including stair carries
- Reliable transportation to pick up delivery truck
- Must own a smartphone and be willing to use it for work-related tasks
- Ability to work effectively as part of a two-person team
- Prior experience in delivery and logistics
- Familiarity with a wide range of furniture brands and assembly processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Combination of driving, indoor, and outdoor work environments
- Frequent lifting, bending, and physical activity required
