Bilingual Enrollment Specialist-Inside Sales

For over 25 years, we've been the nation's leading Spanish immersion preschool program, raising the next generation of bilingual leaders. As an Enrollment Specialist, you'll be the first voice families hear when they begin one of the most important decisions of their parenting journey.

What you'll do:

• Build genuine relationships with prospective families, listening to their goals and matching them to our program
• Guide parents through the enrollment process via phone, email, and virtual outreach using our CMS platform
• Represent our program at local community events
• Use your sales experience to turn curiosity into confidence — and enrollments

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

• Strong sales ability with a genuine passion for connecting families to meaningful educational experiences
• Confident, empathetic communicator who can build trust quickly with parents
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple families through the enrollment journey simultaneously
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) verbal and written skills required 
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); Intellikids or other CRM platform experience a plus 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• 4 years in an inside sales role with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
