About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer with strong expertise in Figma to craft intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate ideas and business goals into clean, functional, and delightful interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
- Conduct user research, personas, user journeys, and usability testing to guide design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with requirements.
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries in Figma.
- Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant design solutions.
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color, and layout across all digital products.
- Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping, Design Systems).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX research, wireframing, and visual design.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
- Experience collaborating with agile development teams.
- Familiarity with other tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, or FigJam is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
