• Diagnose and repair electrical issues using multimeters, diagnostic software, and vehicle schematics.
• Perform wire splicing, terminal replacements, and detailed harness inspections.
• Read, interpret, and troubleshoot electrical wiring diagrams.
• Support software updates and validate electrical system functionality post-repair.
• Carry out heavy electrical repairs, including motor replacements and high-complexity electrical diagnostics.
Mechanical• Inspect and repair mechanical systems such as suspension, steering, and drivetrain components.
• Perform wheel alignments and verify mechanical tolerances.
• Conduct routine mechanical adjustments and maintenance to meet service standards.
Fitment• Inspect vehicle panels, trims, and interior components for proper fitment and craftsmanship.
• Adjust, repair, or reinstall misaligned or improperly fitted components.
• Ensure cosmetic and functional fitment aligns with Lucid’s quality requirements.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years of automotive repair/diagnostics experience, or
Graduate from an automotive electrical program or college.
Disqualifiers:
Inability to answer basic electrical questions.
Lack of understanding of multimeter usage.
Inability to properly use power tools or hand tools.
Top 3 Required SkillsElectrical diagnostics (strong, hands-on troubleshooting ability).

Qualifications• High School Diploma or GED.

• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
