We’re seeking a hands-on, resourceful Human Resources Manager to handle all HR functions for our growing team.
Position Overview:
This is a department of one role — perfect for someone who’s organized, independent, and enjoys being involved in every aspect of HR. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, benefits administration, and general HR support. This role may also include payroll processing or coordination.
- Lead all recruiting and hiring efforts across every department (sales, service, parts, and administration)
- Write and manage job postings, screen applicants, schedule and coordinate interviews
- Oversee onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Administer employee benefits and maintain personnel files
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership employment policies
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Process or assist with payroll on a bi-weekly basis
- Handle day-to-day HR tasks, paperwork, and recordkeeping
- Strong recruiting and hiring skills required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Familiarity with payroll processing and HR compliance
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
- Experience with ADP, Paylocity, or similar systems a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
