Entry-Level Dental Sterilization Technician
Looking to jumpstart a career in healthcare? No prior dental experience is required (although preference is given to applicants that know basic Dental Terminology). We provide 100% paid on-the-job training to help you master clinical infection control, instrument reprocessing, and office safety standards. This role is the perfect entry point for anyone interested in healthcare or advancing into Dental Assisting or beyond.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Clean, decontaminate, wrap, and sterilize instruments using autoclaves
- Disinfect, clean, and reset patient operatories between appointments
- Run daily equipment maintenance, spore tests, and logs
- Restock clinical operatories with necessary materials and dental trays
- Assist chairside dental assistants and doctors with back-office tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict safety protocols
- Reliable, punctual, and excited to learn new skills
- Ability to stand on your feet and lift up to 25 lbs
- Team player with strong communication skills
Beginning salary is commensurate to experience.
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
