Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate / Material Handler to join our growing team. This role includes warehouse operations, equipment handling, and delivery support. If you’re detail-oriented, safety-focused, and willing to learn, there are strong opportunities for advancement. Hourly rate based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Duties

• Unload, receive, and store incoming materials
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery
• Inspect shipments for accuracy and damage
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Track and manage inventory

Equipment Operation

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment

Delivery & Transport

• Load and secure materials on trailers with proper weight distribution
• Secure loads using chains, straps, and binders per Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
• Drive company trucks (tri-axle and heavy-duty) to job sites as needed
• Perform routine inspections of vehicles and equipment

Safety

• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards
• Report hazards and ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Forklift experience preferred (training may be available)
• Basic computer skills (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly, 70 lbs occasionally
• Ability to bend, lift, and stand for extended periods
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
