Responsibilities will include managing various marketing initiatives, including events, trade shows, trainings, customer co-op programs, internal processes, and budgets, while monitoring and maintaining Promise to Perform Industries, Inc. brands.
Primary Job Functions
- Management of annual trade show responsibilities, including booth planning, communication with trade show agency, show management, and lead distribution, as well as researching and evaluating future shows
- Brand Ambassador for the brands of Spanco Rigid Lifelines and Lug-All
- Marketing point-of-contact with our dealer networks
- Support dealer and rep networks through frequent communication and fulfilling literature/image/promotional material requests
- Manage/coordinate all company events, including dealer trainings, national sales rep meetings, and internal company functions
- Handle marketing shipping requests
- Manage the marketing dealer co-op program
- Manage the design, inventory, and ordering of promotional items
- Manage promotional / apparel vendor and online store
- Communicate with print vendors to see projects to completion
- Communicate with marketing and sales departments about new marketing initiatives
- Create content and design monthly internal newsletter, develop weekly announcements for internal communications
- Update sales reports – weekly and monthly
- Record expenses for fiscal year marketing budget
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Comfortable marketing products that are of a technical nature
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to accept direction and guidance
- Exceptionally organized
- Familiarity with new media, technology, and engagement
- Motivated individual who can take responsibility, think creatively and troubleshoot
- Positive attitude, good judgment, and ability to multi-task
- Basic understanding of Adobe Design Suite
- Basic understanding of all Microsoft Office Suite programs; Excel intermediate level preferred
- Writing experience preferred
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications
- 2 to 3 years work experience required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
